Dr. Nancy Ames with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and Johanne Ross with Agriculture in the Classroom-Manitoba were the dynamic duo that made the world's biggest bowl of oatmeal a reality!
It took two hours to bring the water to a boil!
Over a hundred pounds of dry oats were added to this massive pot of oatmeal!
Manitoba MLAs Cliff Graydon, Jon Gerrard along with Minister Stan Struthers stirred the pot like true politicians.
Human strength was not enough to lift this mighty pot of cooked oats!

People crowded into the Forks to witness the world's biggest bowl of oatmeal.
