12:30 pm –  3:00 pm     Cooking Demonstrations with Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals

Chef MJ Feeke with the help of Dr. Curtis Rempel will prepare several Manitoba foods that are known for their health properties, including:honey, sea-buckthorn, hemp seeds and milk, saskatoons, pea fiber, buckwheat and wild rice.

Based on ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire’, contestants will be challenged to answer a series of questions and go through levels gathering the assets necessary in becoming a Farmer.
